Congrats, you're a CNA, Cma, or pca

I’m so glad that I came across Innovative Long Term Care Solutions for my Certified Nursing Assistant. They offered me a place to work after getting my Certification. So, I started working at Arbor Care center (Valheaven) in August of 2023. The place became like home, and I fit in so well an am glad to be working there and I’m happy to be a CMA/CNA for Valheaven. One day I seen that Innovative wanted to help wonderful people in Nebraska with another opportunity to become aCertified Medication Aide. So I went head and asked and started it was so easy to do. I Received my Medication Aid April of 2024 .I love this program, and it has become the best thing for my life and my kids. I wanted to say it is so much appreciated for what you and your company has done for me.​

I had a very positive experience with the online course than I was expecting. It has made me to be confident with my career, because this has been the path that has proven to me the career that I want. Being determined with this course and the support from the members of the Innovative Long Term Care Solutions who were always willing to help and answer questions that I had, has made me to be successful with my skills. This course was very helpful because I was studying at my own time and it was giving me time to do other things, that is the importance of having the Online course, because you will be successful no matter what challenges that you may be having.

Ever since I was in high school, my dream was to become a nurse. But I had no idea what would help me achieve my goals. This online nursing assistant course has helped me to know so many things that I didn’t know about being a nurse. With this little knowledge that I have acquired from a nursing assistant so far, I am sure that it will help me achieve my goals of being a nurse in the future.

I enrolled as a way to better my life for myself and my kids. The process was easy and online classes easy to follow. It was not like some other programs I have enrolled in where you're on your own. My recruiter messaged me regularly to check on me. When I had to have surgery they worked with me so that I could heal before I had to go for my in class portion. Signing up for the hybrid CNA class through Innovative Long Term Care Solutions was as easy as it can get, definitely worth it. The staff met with me and walked me through the entire process. The online portion of the class was very convenient. I was able to do it from home while also taking care of my young children. After completing the online class, I attended the 4 day in-person class. My instructors were great and very helpful! I love my new career and my starting pay is great. The nursing home I work for is a very friendly home and very welcoming! I would recommend anyone wanting a career as a CNA to contact Innovative Long Term Care Solutions so they can help make your goal a reality like they helped me.
