Congrats, you're a CNA or CMA!

I’m so glad that I came across Innovative Long Term Care Solutions for my Certified Nursing Assistant. They offered me a place to work after getting my Certification. So, I started working at Arbor Care center (Valheaven) in August of 2023. The place became like home, and I fit in so well an am glad to be working there and I’m happy to be a CMA/CNA for Valheaven. One day I seen that Innovative wanted to help wonderful people in Nebraska with another opportunity to become aCertified Medication Aide. So I went head and asked and started it was so easy to do. I Received my Medication Aid April of 2024 .I love this program, and it has become the best thing for my life and my kids. I enrolled as a way to better my life for myself and my kids. The process was easy and online classes easy to follow. It was not like some other programs I have enrolled in where you're on your own. My recruiter messaged me regularly to check on me. When I had to have surgery they worked with me so that I could heal before I had to go for my in class portion. From start to finish the process was awesome. I even referred someone else as that’s how confident I am with Innovative Long Term Care Solutions. And the service they provide. Signing up for the hybrid CNA class through Innovative Long Term Care Solutions was as easy as it can get, definitely worth it. The staff met with me and walked me through the entire process. The online portion of the class was very convenient. I was able to do it from home while also taking care of my young children. After completing the online class, I attended the 4 day in-person class. My instructors were great and very helpful! I love my new career and my starting pay is great. The nursing home I work for is a very friendly home and very welcoming!
